The residents’ association or facility manager for a lived-in project. For a new one, ask the builder for the BWSSB sanction letter and STP plan.

Is East Bengaluru always worse for water?

No. East zone had over half of BWSSB tanker bookings in 2025, so we add a small penalty. One project can still be well set up.
